Stargazer Islands — an interactive Three.js 3D portfolio

Stargazer Islands is the open-source 3D portfolio of Emanuel Pfeifer (Ryhox), built with Three.js, React Three Fiber, TypeScript and custom GLSL shaders. Walk across a cozy low-poly island, sit by the campfire, swim under water, board the boat and sail an open ocean with a full day and night cycle — right in your browser, no download needed.

Every GitHub stargazer gets their own island

Star the Stargazer Islands GitHub repository and a permanent island appears for you in the archipelago within about five minutes. Its position comes from your star order; its region, look and size are generated from your GitHub username — from common Wildwood Reach forests to a rare Huge Sakura Grove in Bloomtide Vale.
